Bloom grocery stores expanding to The Triangle area
Grocerying has learned that Bloom, the upscale and high-tech grocery store operated by Food Lion, is expanding into the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Stay tuned for more on this, hopefully to be accompanied by photos!

Sounds like some Food lions are going to be re-branded
Very excited about having a Bloom store being built right around the corner! Looks like it will open very soon, in Cary/Morrisville, NC. I have never been a Food Lion fan, yet happened to stop at a Bloom store in VA last weekend. Totally new, looks great - can't wait! Hope the actual Food Lion stores will follow suit.
